FILOGENETIK GENUS CHANNA (ACTINOPTERYGII; CHANNIDAE)DI INDONESIA BERDASARKAN GEN CYTHOCHROME C OXIDASE SUBUNIT I (COI)

چکیده

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mengambarkan filogenetik genus Channa di Indonesia menggunakan gen COI (Chytocrome C Oxydase Sub unit I). Sebanyak sembilan (9) spesies yang tersebar terdata NCBI Genbank terdiri dari limbata,Channa bankanensis,Channa lucius,Channa marulioides,Channa melasoma, micropeltes,Channa pleurophthalma, gachua striata telah dianalisis jarak genetik antar spesiesnya. Jarak terdekat yaitu pada pleurophthalma dengan 0.000. komposisi nukleutida keduanya adalah timin sebanyak 26,98%, sitosin 29,80%, adenin 25,16% guanin 18,04%.
